G-Spot per year

Mythmaker's request I made a function in the g-spot to view the best artworks per year in addition to the best artworks ever.

Also: yesterday we had a brainstorm-evening at Brothers in Art. We have talked about many idea's to improve the voting-system, galleries, elite-system etc. More info will be published about this later
