New development log page

With the new blogfunction more or less working we have a whole new set of features we can explore.

Martin started with the creation of a "Development" category.

Most of the times we publish new features in the general news section. But somehow we felt this is not appropiate for small updates, bugfixes and other minimal changes. Combined with the blog feature this resulted in a 'development log' page.
